LODGE DETAILS
Our delightful and comfortable fishing lodge based on the riverbank has a Large Living / Dining Room with picture windows and a beautiful stone fireplace overlooking the river. Two twin bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and a patio door to riverbank with views over the water.
A newly fitted Kitchen, Rod and boot room, Separate WC, Central Heating.

Adjacent to the lodge are two ghillies houses also overlooking the river
with extra accommodation for guests as follows:
1 twin, 1 double & 1 single bedroom & bathroom in Benula.
1 double bedroom and own bathroom in Weir Bungalow

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 11.
Children and dogs are welcome.
2 domestic staff can provide good home cooking and cleaning.
The accommodation can be let on a fully catered, self-catering or bed and breakfast basis.

Linen and towels provided. Open fire, oil central and electric heating. Complimentary fuel, oil and electricity included. Colour tv, video, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.

LOCATION
Inverness Airport and Main Line Station with sleeper service to Euston London are within 35 and 15 minutes drive from the river, whilst the A9 Inverness to Perth road to the south is within 2 miles, only 10 minutes drive from Loch Ness.

The fishings are situated approximately 3 miles South West of Inverness along the A862, which runs along the South East side of the river. A private drive leads to the Fishing Lodge and the two ghillies houses.

ACTIVITIES
The Lodge is set on a level, grassy riverbank, an ideal base for touring the East, West and North coasts of Scotland, all of which are within 2 hours drive. There is an RSPB Reserve nearby, cycle trails, waterfalls and forest walks to explore as well as beautiful beaches and spectacular mountain ranges and a variety of highland wildlife. Guide available if required. There are also excellent golf courses within easy reach and many activities for children in the Inverness area.
